Dr. Tracie Hinton-Chavez is a celebrated Doctor of Acupuncture and Eastern Medicine, an Integrative Functional Medicine Practitioner, and a Master Herbalist. Dr. Tracie's background in Eastern Medicine and herbal science is what informs every beef tallow formula we make, and why our products work differently than anything else on the shelf. Her business partner, Heddy Narchi, is an Egypt native and Harvard-trained Lifestyle, Wellness, and Nutrition Coach. After a distinguished career spanning international business, tourism, banking, and diplomacy, Heddy redefined post-retirement success as a purpose-driven entrepreneur. Together, they built Charlotte's first doctor-formulated beef tallow skincare line. Our tallow moisturizers and balms are rooted in ancestral wisdom and backed by modern science.

What began as a shared passion evolved into a deep partnership, and their vision finally came to life in 2025 with the launch of the beef tallow skincare line named - Heddy + Hinton Naturals. When Dr. Tracie treated Heddy in 2021, the connection was instant. As locals to Charlotte for years, found immediate common ground as health enthusiasts and lovers of all things natural. This powerful duo quickly realized that their diverse strengths were perfectly complementary in creating the luxury beef tallow skincare product line now found in boutique shops throughout the US & USVI.
