2. Products & Information
All products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. We do our best to accurately represent product descriptions, but due to the handmade nature of our goods, slight variations may occur.
Statements made on this site and product labels have not been evaluated by the FDA. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
If you have a medical condition or concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before using our products.
3. Orders & Payments
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.
All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Origin: All orders are shipped from our offices in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Office hours: Tuesday - Friday 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. EST excluding national holidays.
Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days once received.
Free Shipping: Orders of $100+ within the United States qualify for free UPS ground shipping.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout
Delivery: Transit days are based on the ship date and delivery zip code. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for items lost in transit.
5. Returns & Exchanges
New unopened products: must be returned in the condition received and with the original box and/or packaging along with your order confirmation.
Defective/damaged products: for products damaged during shipment, please accept our apologies. We will replace a damaged product with the same item. Please take a photo and email it to us at support@heddyhinton.com
Eligibility: Only products purchased from heddyhinton.com or our store in Charlotte, North Carolina can be returned to us.
Return Label: To ship your return, we provide a return label for a $5 fee. Please affix your return label to your package and drop it off at a UPS store at your convenience. The $5 price for the label will be deducted from the refund issued.
