Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping:

Origin: All orders are shipped from our offices in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Office hours: Tuesday - Friday 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. EST excluding national holidays.

Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days once received.

Free Shipping: Orders of $100+ within the United States qualify for free UPS ground shipping.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout

Delivery: Transit days are based on the ship date and delivery zip code.


Return Policy:

New unopened products: must be returned in the condition received and with the original box and/or packaging along with your order confirmation.

Defective/damaged products: for products damaged during shipment, please accept our apologies. We will replace a damaged product with the same item. Please take a photo and email it to us at support@heddyhinton.com

Eligibility: Only products purchased from heddyhinton.com or our store in Charlotte, North Carolina can be returned to us.

Return Label: To ship your return, we provide a return label for a $5 fee. Please affix your return label to your package and drop it off at a UPS store at your convenience. The $5 price for the label will be deducted from the refund issued.


Refunds:

For returned products that follow our return policy:

  • We will refund the actual purchase price for the product(s) plus any tax paid
  • We will deduct any discounts and the prepaid return label fee ($5) from the refund
  • The original shipping and handling charges, if any, will not be refunded.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned products, a refund will be processed within 10 business days. 
  • Refunds are credited to the original form of payment used when order was placed.
